Villa Giorgia

A great restaurant at the bottom of the Abetone Pass

Located on the hillside overlooking the Arno river valley, Villa Giorgia is a great restaurant, albeit a bit unassuming if you just drive past it on the road.

Once you get inside and go down the stairs, you are met with a modern restaurant, with a beautiful grassy terrace. While it is normally a little Italian Villa, with lodging and all the amenities that go with that, they accept reservations for lunch and dinner here.

The food is sublime, and if it is a nice day outside, lunch on the terrace makes the experience even better. If you are driving down the fantastic Abetone pass, this restaurant is waiting for you at the bottom.
