Ristorante Lo Smeraldo, situated just outside Maranello is among the best restaurants in the Maranello area. Their pizza is absolutely sublime.
It has a very classy feeling to it, and the service level is fantastic. As it is located near the home of Ferrari, the staff are very passionate about the brand. There is a wonderful collection of various Ferrari memorabilia inside. Also fun to note is that on occasion, it is possible to see Ferrari higher staff, and even their F1 and junior series drivers here.
