Route Napoleon, the stretch between Grasse and Castellane, is one of the very best driving roads in Europe. It is crazy fun with a proper supercar. The road is relatively wide, which allows for dynamic driving and high corner speeds.
Very quickly, the driving experience develops into a state of euphoria, where the rhythm of the curves, left and right, braking, accelerating och shifting gear becomes a wild dance with the laws of physics.
The sensation is very difficult to explain. Very few other roads in the world are a curve nirvana-like Route Napoleon. It is a masterpiece.
