The very best luxury hotel on the Amalfi coast
The arguably best hotel on the Amalfi coast is located in Sorrento. Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria. It is housed in two former villas in a park in the middle of the city. The area includes parking spaces for your car, which is quite hard to find in Sorrento, a pool and of course both hotel buildings.
The hotel also has a fantastic terrace overlooking Sorrento and the Mediterranean, designated for aperitivo and dinner. The hotel restaurant has a Michelin star.
A double room costs from 650 euros per night during high season. It can also cost you up to 5 000 euros if you want a suite with a gigantic terrace facing the sea. You decide. All rooms are great though. You will not be disappointed.
