A great coastal road from Budva to Bar
The Montenegrin part of the Adriatic Magistral has its principal part on the coast from Budva to Bar. It is a great road, but not a part of the top ten in the world, like the two sections in Croatia.
The main difference between the Montenegrin part and the Croatian parts is that the Montenegrin part can have a bit of dust on the road. Beware of quite slippery conditions from time to time.
This road is very sensitive to traffic. If you have lots of traffic, it will completely destroy the fun. As a general advise, stay away from July and August, which are high season for tourists. May is ideal.
