In 2022, we are organising a great road trip from Scandinavia to Maranello. A true bucket-list adventure that will take you and your supercar through Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria and then to Italy.
The eastern route is specifically selected for the tour. The former Eastern bloc countries are spectacular, and the roads are now in pristine condition.
Southern Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria will take your breath away. A completely different story from the dull German Autobahn system. Much more exciting and fun!
Also, selecting the eastern route, you can be absolutely sure that you will be the centre of all attention wherever we drive and stop. Prepare for literally thousands of curious spectators.
If you are joining from Scandinavia, we meet in Karlskrona in Sweden on the 22 of July. A Friday. During the afternoon, we check in to the event and have lunch. In the evening, we embark on the overnight ferry to Poland.
Arrival to Gdynia in Poland is in the early morning the next day. Using the superfast Polish motorways, we will be in Warsaw at lunchtime. Check-in to the hotel in the centre of the megapolis of Warsaw, freshen up, and then have lunch. Dinner will be in Selavie, a great restaurant near the hotel.
In the coming days we will go to Wroclaw, Prague, Salzburg and then to Italy. In Austria, we will drive the famous Grossglockner High Alpine road. After passing through the border to Italy, we stay in Cortina before continuing on the equally great mountain pass Grande Strada delle Dolomiti the next day.
Both these roads are in the top best driving roads in the world. You will experience driving excitement with your supercar at a completely new level. All that handling and power will make much more sense now. This is what your Ferrari or Lamborghini was made for, with the howling engine noise bouncing off the mountain walls. Prepare for ecstatic moments driving your supercar, maybe the best you have ever experienced.
In Maranello, we visit Ferrari and Lamborghini. We have organised a fascinating program at both supercar companies.
In total, the drive is 2 000 kilometres, spread over an entire week on the road. We will drive a lot of fantastic roads and stay at the best hotels en route. After the last night in Maranello, you can either continue in Italy on your own or opt for a trailer to bring your car back home. We will have trailers dedicated for each home country, and you can fly home from either Bologna or Milan airport.
Each day will be roughly five hours of driving. Sometimes less, sometimes a bit more. Besides driving we will do stops for special activities and events along the road, like vista points, photo opportunities and such. The time schedule for each day is: breakfast at 9.00, start driving at 10.00, lunch en route, arrival at the hotel during the afternoon and dinner at 19.00.
You can join this event at three locations: Karlskrona, Warsaw or Prague. Select the one that is best for you when you register.
